Koi Metaverse — 2022 New Roadmap

Hello, Koi gang,

In case you forgot, in the Year-End-Recap, we touched upon our plan for 2022.

“ Coming into the new year, Koi Metaverse internally launched its new roadmap detailing several new developments …. which included Koi Metaverse NFTs Genesis Collection Offering Phase 2, Mining and Breeding components launch, and Pictorial Book Mining. ”

Now, as we have completed the foundation of the Koi Metaverse’s fish farming blockchain game, we are ready to move to the next phase of the metaverse building and finalize our roadmap.

It is a strategic plan as well as a communication tool that helps us articulate our strategic thinking in building the future of Koi Metaverse — the why behind both the goal and the plan for getting there.

The path forward will be difficult but essential to our long-term success. And we believe this new Roadmap released today sets us on that path.

In 2022, we are focusing on developing more functionalities upon the base we built in the preceding year to push Koi Metaverse to a broader stage.

The key milestones under the new Roadmap cover various aspects:

Koi NFT Offering Phase 2

Phase 2 will be a limited NFT Collection from Koi Metaverse. Each of these Koi NFTs represents both unique digital collectibles on the BSC blockchain as well as players’ access to our blockchain games.

Mining and Breeding

In Koiverse, Breeding is the only way gamers can mint new NFT assets.
The $SHELL token functions as Koi’s in-game currency, powering its ecosystem. This currency can be mined from participating in the games and project promotional events.

Koi Mine

A gamer can conduct KOI mining when acquiring some pure-bred fish with built-in suites. In that way, you can mine more KOI tokens, which is Koi Metaverse’s governance token.

P2E & T2E

P2E and T2E are how the tokens should circulate and how we create a healthy mini economy. And it will power the users within the game and therefore attract more.

Sidechain Development

When faced with an increasing number of nodes and transactions in blockchain Koi Sidechain is our scaling solution.

More Game Components

And based on the Koi Metaverse pitch deck, the game itself will include many more features like Fishing and Pond, PVP/PVE battle, Island Defensive War, and NFT card game, all with different storylines and characters.

Additionally, we are working on the Gamepaper V2.0, which will come with many new features, story lines and a completely fresh metaverse world view.
